The bowl features a wide open rim, gently rounded body, and a substantial foot, creating a balanced and graceful silhouette. The rim is shaped into a floral outline, while the exterior follows with vertical ribbed sections that correspond to the flower-form edge, giving the piece a refined and distinctive structure. The entire surface is covered with a soft Longquan powder-blue celadon glaze, displaying a smooth jade-like quality with a warm, understated tone and a rich, even glaze layer. The interior and exterior are fully glazed, with only the bottom edge of the foot revealing the sturdy ceramic body. The exposed clay shows a natural earthy tone with aged surface traces and accumulated patina from centuries of preservation. With its minimal decoration, the bowl relies on its elegant form and exceptional glaze quality, reflecting the Yuan Dynasty appreciation for restrained and refined aesthetics. Large examples of this type are rare, combining practical function with sophisticated display value, making it an important category of Longquan celadon for collectors.
