The base bears a double-circle blue and white six-character mark reading Da Ming Jiajing Nian Zhi, executed in a precise and balanced regular script. The entire surface is decorated in the classic blue-and-white and polychrome palette, set against a smooth white porcelain ground. The interior presents a lively figural scene centered around a floral medallion, surrounded by scholars and children engaged in graceful activities such as reading, holding fans, and appreciating flowers. Figures are painted in blue, iron red, yellow, and green enamels, creating a vivid and harmonious composition. The inner border is further decorated with rocks, seasonal flowers, birds, and insects, adding a sense of movement and natural elegance. The exterior continues the decorative theme with blossoming branches, birds, and butterflies among garden rocks. The cobalt blue outlines combined with rich overglaze colors create the bold and colorful appearance characteristic of Jiajing-period wucai porcelain. The blue tone displays the distinctive purple-blue hue associated with Jiajing period cobalt, while the layered enamels and expressive brushwork reflect the artistic style of Ming imperial kilns.
