Created as matching pieces, both hooks share a unified design while maintaining unique details. Each piece is cast in the form of a standing divine figure with wing-shaped head ornaments and a prominent human face. The facial features are rendered with silver inlay, creating a solemn and archaic expression. The figures wear flowing garments decorated with intricate cloud and scrolling patterns. The bodies are richly embellished with a combination of gold and silver inlay techniques, with gold lines outlining the garment patterns and silver threads filling the decorative motifs, producing a highly detailed and luxurious effect. One figure features a dark ornamental stone set on the forehead, adding an elegant and distinctive touch. The lower body gradually narrows into the hook section, continuing the refined inlaid decoration and smooth flowing lines. Belt hooks were important accessories used by the aristocracy during the pre-Qin period, and gold and silver inlaid examples represent the peak of Warring States bronze artistry. Human-form belt hooks are exceptionally rare, and a complete matching pair is especially unusual. With its original surface, rich ancient patina, and well-preserved precious metal decoration, this pair holds outstanding artistic, historical, and collectible significance.
