The porcelain body is exceptionally fine and white, while the interior is covered with a soft celadon-toned glaze with a smooth and luminous surface. The exterior is beautifully painted in famille rose with the auspicious “blessing and prosperity” theme. A delicately rendered spotted deer appears among soft green water patterns, with carefully painted details on the fur, eyes, and expression. A red bat is placed nearby, creating the symbolic combination of “Fu” (bat, representing blessings) and “Lu” (deer, representing prosperity) in Chinese tradition. The colors are gentle and layered, reflecting the refined painting techniques of the Qianlong imperial workshops. The base bears the blue-and-white seal script six-character mark “Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi,” executed with precision and balance. With its elegant decoration, auspicious symbolism, and excellent preservation, this cup represents the sophistication of Qing imperial tea ware.
