Provenance: Private Collection, California, USA.Description: This Guangxu-period imperial-style bowl features a wide flared rim, rounded body, and a neatly formed foot. The interior is covered with a clean white glaze, creating an elegant contrast with the richly decorated exterior. The outer surface is painted with a vibrant yellow ground and a continuous famille rose design featuring bats, peaches, and longevity symbols. Bats fly among peach branches, accompanied by longevity characters, auspicious treasures, and decorative ribbons, expressing the traditional wish for blessings and long life. The bats are delicately painted in blue and purple tones, while the peaches are rendered in soft pink with fresh green foliage. The longevity characters are outlined in iron-red and gilt, creating a luxurious imperial appearance. The base bears the six-character iron-red mark “Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi” in regular script, identifying it as an official Guangxu imperial-style porcelain. With its brilliant palette, refined painting technique, and auspicious imagery, this bowl represents the elegance of late Qing court decorative wares.
