The Buddha wears an elaborate jeweled crown, with traces of original blue pigment preserved on the crown and hair ornament. The crown leaves are intricately decorated, with ornamental ribbons extending beside the ears. The face is beautifully modeled with a calm and compassionate expression, a raised urna on the forehead, and traces of red pigment remaining on the lips, creating a dignified and serene appearance. The Buddha sits in vajra posture upon a lotus throne, with the right hand raised in the gesture of fearlessness and the left hand resting in the gesture of granting wishes. The body is elegantly proportioned, adorned with necklaces, armlets, bracelets, and flowing celestial garments rendered with refined and naturalistic details. The figure rests on a double-layered lotus base, with rounded lotus petals arranged in a precise rhythm and finely executed beaded borders along the edges. The sealed base contains an incised crossed vajra symbol, a characteristic feature of Tibetan Buddhist sculpture. The thick gilding has developed a warm golden tone over time, with areas of natural wear revealing the mature bronze surface beneath. This exceptional devotional sculpture embodies both spiritual significance and outstanding artistic craftsmanship.
