The body is formed with a simple cylindrical profile, a wide flat rim, straight sides, and a low circular foot, creating a balanced and elegant silhouette. Two symmetrical angular “Ji”-shaped handles extend from both sides, with a strong architectural quality and an unmistakable archaic character. Cast in substantial bronze, the vessel has a dense and solid construction with a warm golden-brown aged surface. The exterior displays naturally developed patina, scattered wear, and historic oxidation that enhance its antique appearance. With its restrained design, exceptional bronze quality, and scholarly presence, this incense burner represents the timeless elegance of Chinese literati furnishings and remains a highly desirable collector’s piece.
