Description：A fine matched pair of imperial falang‑cai vases dating to the Kangxi reign. Each vase has flared rim, straight neck, globular body and foot ring. The whole surface is laid with rich carmine‑red ground. The neck features yellow‑ground reserved panels adorned with pink floral blossoms and scrolling foliage. The main body is densely painted with large scrolling peony flowers in deep‑blue enamel with white outlined petal edges, accompanied by bright turquoise‑green leaves and winding stems. The decoration is richly layered with striking colour contrast. The unglazed base bears incised four‑character mark “Kang Xi Yu Zhi”. Surviving as an original pair, they embody the opulent aesthetic of early Qing imperial falang‑cai porcelain.
