The frame is intricately designed, with raised borders and delicate meander patterns along the inner edge, showcasing the exquisite craftsmanship of Qing dynasty study furniture. The central panel is inlaid with a piece of natural cloud-patterned marble, its bright white base adorned with striking black, blue-green, and soft brown mineral veins. These naturally formed patterns create a layered, misty valley, resembling a traditional Chinese landscape painting sculpted by nature. The base is exquisitely carved, adorned with openwork scroll patterns, cloud patterns, rounded decorations, and flared legs, creating a balanced and elegant composition. This screen cleverly blends the beauty of natural stone with the superb craftsmanship of mahogany, showcasing the refined objects and decorative arts of traditional Chinese literati.
