Description: This exquisite Qing dynasty dressing table embodies the refined lifestyle and personal collecting tradition of an upper-class family. The cabinet is crafted from precious rosewood, with doors, countertops, and storage compartments adorned with natural burr wood. The deep, rich color of the rosewood contrasts sharply with the dynamic grain of the burr. The elegantly designed dressing table features a multi-compartment structure, topped with a folding mirror made of reflective mercury, and fitted with traditional ruyi-shaped brass handles. The cabinet is also decorated with coin-patterned handles, decorative corner ornaments, and a large ruyi-shaped lock panel. The rosewood frame has a fine grain, a deep brownish-purple color, and a naturally formed, antique luster. The burl wood panels display unique flowing patterns, resembling natural landscapes, making each part distinctive. The rare hardwood, exquisite bronze fittings, and superb craftsmanship together reflect the refined style of Qing dynasty furniture and women's clothing and accessories. The accompanying collection includes Hetian jade pendants, jade carvings, jade bracelets, and personal ornaments, covering all categories of traditional Chinese women's jewelry and collectibles. The entire cabinet and its interior furnishings together create a complete scene of upper-class dressing in the Qing Dynasty, perfectly blending furniture craftsmanship, jade culture, and personal aesthetics. This collection holds significant artistic, historical, and cultural value for collectors of Chinese decorative arts.
