Description: This exquisite Qing Dynasty arched treasure chest is crafted from rosewood and golden phoenix wood. The treasure chest is 30 cm long and 19.5 cm high, featuring a traditional arched design. It is framed in rosewood, reinforced at the four corners, and adorned with elegant golden phoenix wood on the front, back, and lid. The entire chest is reinforced with meticulously crafted brass fittings, combining sturdiness, practicality, and exquisite decoration. The rosewood frame is dense and durable, with a deep color and a rich patina, its structure perfectly fitted. The golden phoenix wood veneer boasts beautiful and flowing grain, its warm golden surface contrasting sharply with the deep purplish-black rosewood frame—a color scheme highly favored in high-end furniture making during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The chest is lined with yellow patterned silk to protect jewelry, porcelain, jade, and other precious items. The chest is equipped with heavy brass hardware, including cloud-shaped clasps, corner protectors, and side handles, showcasing a superb combination of craftsmanship and function. The accompanying blue-and-white porcelain vase is elegantly shaped and adorned with rich cobalt blue lotus patterns; the jade bracelet is crystal clear with a natural emerald green color; the dzi bead necklace is decorated with beads and woven cord; and two ancient silver coins are treasured in a rosewood box. As a complete set of collectible items, it integrates exquisite wood carving craftsmanship, porcelain art, jade carving tradition, and a long-standing collecting culture, showcasing the refined lifestyle and collecting philosophy of traditional Chinese connoisseurs.
