Description: This exquisite Qing Dynasty court jade box is crafted from high-quality Hetian jade and adorned with finely carved bronze fittings. The rectangular box body and lid were used to store seals, jade objects, scholar's objects, and court treasures. The jade piece exhibits a deep emerald green color, with a smooth and delicate surface and the natural mineral texture characteristic of high-quality nephrite. The corners, edges, lock plates, and handles are all decorated with finely carved bronze fittings, featuring auspicious cloud patterns. The front lock plate is shaped like a ruyi (a traditional Chinese scepter symbolizing good fortune) and engraved with the character "长寿" (longevity). The curved side handle combines practicality with elegance. The bronze ornaments bear rich marks of age, contrasting sharply with the jade body and enhancing its noble and elegant appearance. The lid is engraved with a long poem from the Qianlong period, the characters adorned with gold leaf. The sides of the vessel are decorated with seal script inscriptions, and the bottom is engraved with a square seal script mark reading "Made in the Qianlong Period." This piece is a court artifact from the Qianlong period and remains highly sought after by collectors.
