This porcelain plaque was originally in the collection of an art master in Jingdezhen, later exported to North America, and is now in the collection of a private modern porcelain plaque museum in New York. New York and California are major trading centers for modern decorative porcelain worldwide. Description: This coral red ground porcelain plaque with raised white decorations is an exquisite literati porcelain artwork produced in Zhushan, Jingdezhen. The entire plaque is made with a smooth, full coral-red glaze as its base, adorned with thick white porcelain clay reliefs depicting reeds, reed flowers, and wild geese, creating a striking three-dimensional relief texture. A wild goose swoops into the pond, occupying the central position in the upper right corner. Every feather on its outstretched wings is meticulously depicted, layer upon layer, and the gilded feet add a touch of vitality. The wild goose is surrounded by reeds of varying heights, and the full, delicate reed flowers cover the entire scene. Light watercolor washes the calm pond surface, creating a tranquil yet slightly desolate wetland atmosphere in autumn. On the left, the inscription "Autumn Fun at the Reed Pond" is written vertically, next to which are the date, the artist's signature, the mark of Zhushan Studio, and two red seals, seamlessly integrating poetry and painting. The deep coral-red background contrasts sharply with the milky white relief, creating a powerful visual impact. The time-consuming and laborious clay relief technique represents the pinnacle of Jingdezhen decorative craftsmanship during the Republic of China period and modern times. The piece comes with its original wooden display frame and can be hung directly on the wall. It possesses dual collectible value, combining ceramic craftsmanship and Chinese literati painting, and is highly sought after by overseas collectors of decorative porcelain.
