Description: This is a fine 18th-century Tibetan gilt bronze statue of a Mahasiddha. The master sits in a relaxed posture on an exquisite lotus pedestal. His facial expression is vivid and expressive, with piercing eyes that convey unrestrained and powerful spiritual strength. His right arm is raised in a pointing gesture, while his left hand holds a skull bowl. He has a robust and full figure, wearing a magnificent necklace and armbands inlaid with turquoise. The hair is meticulously sculpted, with tight, curls. The lotus throne petals are clearly defined, and a human face is carved on the front of the base. The original sealed base is engraved with two vajras, a hallmark of Tibetan Buddhist sculpture. This Buddha statue is cast from high-quality bronze alloy and plated with a warm, heavy gilding. The statue's posture is lifelike, and the details are exquisitely crafted, perfectly showcasing the unrestrained artistic style of a great master in Tibetan Buddhism. It is a Buddhist artwork of great collectible value.
