Description：This is a classic 18th‑century Himalayan gilt‑bronze statue of Tara from Tibet. The deity sits in relaxed lalitasana pose on double lotus pedestal, one foot rests upon a blooming lotus blossom. Her facial expression is gentle and serene with half‑closed eyes conveying merciful compassion. She wears elaborate jeweled crown and oversized earrings, ornate beaded necklaces, armbands and bracelets, adorned with numerous natural turquoise inlays arranged in thoughtful patterns. Her body silhouette is soft and well‑proportioned, every garment detail and jewelry ornament is finely chased.Robust lotus petals stack neatly all around the base.Fine hair texture is clearly rendered on reverse side.Tibetan script inscription runs along base edge while inner bottom plate bears engraved double vajra motif, this is typical traditional sealing style for Tibetan Buddhist sculptures.Crafted with outstanding casting skill, the statue carries original antique gilding patina without modern restoration. It faithfully represents mature Tibetan Buddhist sculptural tradition, this Himalayan art piece holds great collecting value and religious research significance.
