Dimensions:Height 6 cm (2.36 in),Mouth diameter 19 cm (7.48 in),Song Dynasty,10th‑13th CenturyCondition & Provenance:The bowl is complete without cracks or major chips.Rim bears subtle age‑related wear and light soil patina from long‑term use.Interior mould‑printed dragon‑phoenix decoration remains distinct and intact.Glaze maintains good luster.The unglazed foot base carries authentic kiln‑support residue in original excavated condition.No modern restoration,polishing or over‑glazing.This bowl comes from a private Song‑dynasty porcelain collection in Hong Kong,China.The collector specialized in Jingdezhen Yingqing wares.This piece was obtained from a Southeast‑Asian antique dealer in 2003 and stored in climate‑controlled cabinet,now released for collection rotation.Description:This large conical Yingqing bowl was made at Hutian kiln of Jingdezhen in Song dynasty,serving both as practical tea vessel and decorative object.It adopts classic conical shape with widely flared rim and steep tapering walls down to small foot ring.Inside the bowl,finely mould‑printed dragon and phoenix soar among cloud scrolls surrounding a flaming pearl.A border of key‑fret pattern runs along inner rim.The whole bowl is covered with soft translucent Yingqing glaze in signature pale aqua‑blue tone,which sharply reveals relief patterns underneath.Glaze thins slightly along rim exposing subtle body tone.Foot shows bare clay with original firing residue.Mould‑printed dragon‑phoenix themes indicate relatively high status for Song‑period Yingqing porcelain.Large‑size conical bowls were difficult to form and prone to kiln warping,so undamaged surviving examples are quite desirable.This specimen boasts elegant silhouette,well‑defined moulded ornament and fine glaze quality.It demonstrates outstanding craftsmanship of Song‑era Jingdezhen,standing as a wonderful collectible of bluish‑white porcelain.
