It was acquired through a European antique dealer in the late 1980s and has remained within one private family estate, never previously offered for public auction.Description:This well‑potted qingbai high‑stem bowl features a deep rounded bowl body supported by a slender elevated stem foot. The interior is crisply carved with radiating lotus‑petal motifs surrounding a central seed‑pod medallion dotted with seed details. The exterior is plain without ornament. It is fully covered inside and out with soft translucent bluish‑white qingbai glaze characteristic of Jingdezhen ware, presenting subtle natural crackle. The high‑stem foot base is unglazed, revealing porous clay body bearing earth‑burial patina. High‑stem vessels were popular drinking wares during the Yuan period. This piece retains sharp carving, harmonious proportion and well‑preserved original glaze, exemplifying fine folk porcelain craftsmanship of Jingdezhen in the Yuan dynasty.
