This refined imperial‑style porcelain bowl survives intact without penetrating cracks, no major chip losses and no invasive restoration or gilding retouching. You may observe its elegant rounded‑bowl profile, gilded rim edge, rich deep sacrificial‑blue exterior ground decorated with meticulous gilt‑painted scrolling lotus‑floral motifs, bright white‑glazed interior, and a blue‑underglaze six‑character Qianlong reign mark on the base. Gentle age‑related fading and subtle wear to portions of the gilded decoration are visible, consistent with long‑term collection history. All glaze, gilding and mark are original to the period; there is no modern gild‑replacement or artificial surface enhancement. Old collection stickers remain affixed to the base. This fine monochrome gilt‑decorated porcelain originates from a distinguished Asian‑art private collection based in New York, USA. The prior collector obtained this piece from a reputable Hong‑Kong antiquities gallery in the mid‑1980s; it has remained preserved within this single‑family private estate for more than forty years and is presented to public auction for the very first time.Description:This Qing‑Qianlong period bowl boasts a classic rounded‑bowl form with a gilded mouth rim. The outer wall is covered in a solemn lustrous sacrificial‑blue glaze, over which elaborate gilt‑painted scrolling lotus‑flower and foliate scroll patterns unfurl across the surface. The interior is finished with clean bright white glaze. The base bears a standard underglaze‑blue six‑character “Da Qing Qian Long Nian Zhi” seal mark. Sacrificial‑blue ground with gilt painting represented a cherished imperial porcelain decorative technique during the Qianlong era. This is a well‑preserved representative specimen of Qianlong‑period sacrificial‑blue gilt‑decorated court porcelain.
