Dimensions：H.0.853ft（H.26cm） Condition & Provenance：This vase is structurally complete with no cracks,hairlines or glued repairs.Minor age‑related glaze chips located on garlic‑shaped mouth rim.The applied chilong dragon sculpture is fully intact without broken pieces,subtle surface wear visible on dragon edges from long‑time handling.The whole bluish‑white glaze is well‑preserved with genuine antique patina.Dark cobalt speckles appear where blue pigment pooled on raised dragon parts.Unglazed foot rim shows dry coarse original clay coated with aged earth encrustation,brown stains and minor sand pits,old interior earth deposits can be seen.No chips,filled losses,over‑glazing,later added paint or modern polishing.From private collection of R·T,San Francisco,California,USA.This collector collected ancient Chinese porcelain for over forty years.Acquired at San Francisco Asian Art Fair in 1985,passed down within family,kept in private climate‑controlled storage.Never offered at public auction,no institutional museum exhibition history. Description：This is a fine Yuan‑dynasty Jingdezhen blue‑and‑white garlic‑mouth vase with applied chilong dragon ornament.It features garlic‑form small opening,slender long neck,round plump belly and tall splayed ring foot.The whole vessel is covered by soft even bluish‑white glaze.A three‑dimensional high‑relief chilong dragon winds around neck and upper belly,dragon head rises upward with prominent eyes and flying mane,powerful limbs and flexible twisting body.The entire dragon is painted in rich deep blue cobalt,heavy pigment creates sunk‑in speckles on raised surface,blue‑painted ribbon and scroll motifs accompany the dragon.The belly remains plain to highlight the sculptural dragon form.Ring foot is unglazed sandy base showing typical Yuan‑period wheel‑cut traces.The vase possesses elegant upright silhouette,complicated demanding applied‑sculpture craft.The vivid lifelike chilong merges ceramic sculpture and blue‑and‑white painting skillfully.Surviving Yuan porcelain with large applied blue‑and‑white dragon is extremely scarce,it represents a distinctive important ornamental vessel of Yuan blue‑and‑white wares.
