Description:This is an imperial Doucai tea cup from Jingdezhen official kiln, Chenghua reign Ming dynasty. Wide mouth rim decorated with double fine underglaze‑blue lines, curved shallow wall and low foot‑ring, finely potted with thin compact body. The interior is plain with smooth creamy white glaze. Exterior is adorned with five medallion fruit‑and‑foliage groups. Outlines are drawn in underglaze‑blue, filled with bright yellow, iron‑red and fresh green enamels. Plump fruits interspersed with lush leaves, arranged in balanced round medallions. Enamel fills are precise and soft‑toned, paired with pale tranquil underglaze‑blue, representing classic Chenghua Doucai aesthetic. Base bears six‑character underglaze‑blue reign mark “Da Ming Cheng Hua Nian Zhi” within square blue frame in regular script. Surviving Chenghua Doucai small cups with fruit motif are uncommon. This finely‑wrought vessel combines practical function and important collectible value.
