No hairline cracks or hidden fractures, no chips on rim and foot ring, no restoration or retouching, no chemical cleaning. Formerly from private collection of William T. Stevens, Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. This pair was acquired from a London antique dealer in late 1970s and kept within the family descent. It has never been offered at public auction, with no exhibition history and no published catalog references. Description:This matching pair of Jiaqing official‑ware large bowls features flared mouth, curved belly and neatly trimmed ring foot. Rim is finished with gilding, interior is covered with plain lustrous white glaze. Exterior ground is rich turquoise‑green fully decorated with famille‑rose scrolling treasure‑lotus scrolls with luxuriant winding foliage. Below rim runs yellow‑ground famille‑rose ruyi‑head border. Four gold‑framed crabapple‑shape reserved panels are distributed around the body, each enclosing courtyard boy‑play scene. Multiple children with vivid facial expressions are shown playing among rocks and flowering trees, some holding lotus sprigs and auspicious plants. Fine rendering captures facial features and detailed garment folds, rocks and trees are layered with thoughtful shading. Outside the panels are abundant auxiliary auspicious motifs including scrolling flowers and longevity peaches. Multi‑layer decorative bands of upward lotus petals and key‑fret pattern circle above foot ring. The base bears six‑character iron‑red seal mark “Da Qing Jia Qing Nian Zhi” on white glaze. Boy‑play motif symbolizes blessing of numerous descendants. Dense balanced composition and meticulous enamel application, preserved as intact pair, they rank among fine important famille‑rose imperial porcelains of Jiaqing reign.
