Flared mouth with scrolling‑grass motif inside rim, slender neck, broad pear‑shaped body, splayed foot. The exterior is painted with striding dragon amid floating clouds. The dragon raises its head with flying mane, winding powerful body, meticulously‑rendered scale patterns and forceful claws. Cloud scrolls are rendered in free‑flowing strokes to enhance the dynamic divine aura. The underglaze blue presents bluish‑grey tone with rich tonal variation, executed in bold unrestrained brushwork characteristic of Yuan porcelain. Robust body covered by bluish‑white soft glaze. Unglazed sandy foot reveals coarse genuine clay with natural age patina. Yuhuchun was a prominent wine‑serving display vessel in Yuan period. Dragon motif denotes high rank, making this piece a fine representative of Yuan blue‑and‑white porcelain.
