Description：This elegant stem bowl is a fine representative of Yuan‑dynasty bluish‑white porcelain. It has flared rim, deep rounded bowl section rising to a bamboo‑jointed tall stem with unglazed foot base. The whole piece is covered with smooth bluish‑white glaze of soft pale cyan tone. Exterior remains plain, while interior bears moulded dragon‑cloud decoration: powerful dragon intertwined with swirling clouds with well‑defined relief outlines. The stem is segmented by raised bowstring rings, presenting upright and stately silhouette. Stem bowls were popular wine vessels in Yuan period. Moulded dragon motif denotes relatively high rank, surviving examples are scarce, being both functional and collectible Yuan porcelain treasure.
