拍品描述

A Chinese gilt‑bronze dancing deity figure L. 14 cm. W. 7.5 cm. H. 24 cm. Weight 1050 grams. A Chinese gilt‑bronze dancing deity figure, measuring 14cm long, 7.5cm wide, 24cm high, weight 1050 grams. Cast in gilt‑bronze, the tantric divinity strikes a dynamic dancing pose atop a lotus base, holding a staff and ritual vessel. The figure is framed by an ornate open‑work mandorla carved with scrolling foliate motifs. Adorned with an elaborate crown, earrings and beaded ornaments, the deity stands over a prostrate symbolic figure. Fine casting details define facial features and decorative elements. The gilded surface bears natural patina consistent with long‑term collection.
