A pair of Chinese kesi silk “Fu Shou” panels L. 138 cm. W. 67 cm. A pair of Chinese kesi silk “Fu Shou” panels, measuring 138cm long, 67cm wide. Each panel features a large central character, one for Blessing “Fu” and one for Longevity “Shou”, woven in dark brown against a golden‑yellow ground densely filled with scrolling cloud motifs. Supplementary woven poetic inscriptions appear in the lower sections. Both panels are framed by elaborate patterned textile borders. Distinct kesi tapestry weaving details are visible throughout. Folding creases and minor age‑related wear are present, consistent with long‑term preservation of this auspicious decorative textile pair.
