拍品描述

Chinese Gilt-Bronze Cloisonn茅 Tripod Censer H. 6.3 cm. W. 10.5 cm. A bulbous‑bodied incense burner with gilded upright loop handles and three short supports. The exterior is covered in fine cloisonné enamel on a turquoise‑blue ground, featuring lively scrolling lotus and foliate motifs outlined by thin metal wires. Gilded metal frames the rim, handles and feet, contrasting vividly against the rich multicoloured enamels. The dark interior bears subtle wear from use. This elegant ritual censer showcases masterful cloisonné workmanship, a desirable example of Chinese decorative art for discerning collectors.
