拍品描述

Chinese Gilt-Bronze Square Ornamental Casket H. 9 cm. W. 15.5 cm. A square casket executed in gilt‑bronze, topped with a fitted flat jade lid displaying natural mottled earth‑toned patination. The gilt‑bronze body is finely incised with scrolling mythical creature patterns across all four sides. It is elevated upon four sculpted bird‑form feet with outstretched wings standing atop cloud‑scroll bases. Textured gilded surfaces bear subtle signs of age, contrasting elegantly with the muted stone cover. This ornate mixed‑metal and jade vessel represents sophisticated Chinese decorative craft for Asian‑art collectors. Dimensions: Height 9 cm, Width 15.5 cm. A gilt‑bronze square box supported by bird‑shaped feet and capped with jade cover.
