拍品描述
A CHINESE PAINTING OF LANDSCAPE, SIGNED ZHANG DAQIAN Image only size 100 cm by 50 cm. Ink and colour on paper, horizontal painting by Zhang Daqian (1899‑1983), measuring 100 x 50 cm. This splash‑colour landscape depicts mist‑swathed mountains crowned with clustered dwellings, distant sailing boats gliding across water. Characteristic of his mature splashed‑colour style, rich mineral blue‑green washes merge with soft ink fog. It bears the artist’s dedicatory colophon and multiple red seals. The work achieves harmonious fusion of abstract colour washes and refined detail, representing Zhang Daqian’s iconic late‑period landscape aesthetic.
