A CHINESE PAINTING OF BIRDS, SIGNED ANONYMOUS Image only size 29 cm by 31 cm. Ink and colour on silk, mounted as a hanging scroll, anonymous antique Chinese painting, measuring 29 x 31 cm. This aged silk work depicts a white goose resting amid grasses, alongside flying magpies within a rustic wooded landscape. The silk displays natural craquelure and patina from age. Rendered in meticulous traditional bird‑and‑flower painting technique. No surviving artist signature or colophon. A fine ancient decorative painting capturing the lively charm of wild birds in nature.
