A Chinese red‑glazed vase L. 17 cm. W. 17 cm. H. 30 cm. Weight 1550 grams. A Chinese red‑glazed vase, measuring 17cm long, 17cm wide, 30cm high, weighing 1550 grams. This stately vessel has a flared mouth, elegant elongated neck and broad rounded body supported by a low splayed foot. A subtle raised horizontal band encircles the upper shoulder. The entire exterior is cloaked in a rich deep red glaze scattered with fine dark speckles, lending lustrous depth to the surface. Faint glaze variations and minor wear consistent with age appear on the base and rim. Its sleek, balanced silhouette exemplifies refined Chinese monochrome ceramic aesthetics.
