拍品描述

A Chinese Longquan‑style ewer L. 15 cm. W. 15 cm. H. 22 cm. Weight 1060 grams. A Chinese Longquan‑style ewer, measuring 15cm long, 15cm wide, 22cm high, weighing 1060 grams. This robust vessel features a bulbous rounded body richly carved with large scrolling floral motifs in high relief. A beast‑form spout projects from one side, opposite a gracefully curved segmented handle. The neck is modelled as layered lotus‑bud petals. It is covered in a soft olive‑green glaze with subtle amber‑toned accents along raised edges and foot rim. Minor glaze wear and faint discolorations are present, consistent with age, showcasing the vigorous carving and distinctive form of this Chinese ceramic ewer.
