Chinese Gilt‑Bronze Seated Lama Figure L. 34 cm. W. 23 cm. H. 37 cm. Weight 9380 grams. A robust gilt‑bronze figure of a master seated in full lotus position upon a well‑modelled double‑petal lotus base. The figure displays a distinctive expressive facial countenance, adorned with layered beaded necklaces, elaborate armlets and sash‑like beaded ornaments crossing the torso. One hand holds a ritual trumpet‑form attribute, while the other forms a symbolic teaching mudra. The gilded surface bears rich patina from age, with fine casting details accentuating the robe‑ornament and anatomical modelling. Dimensions: Length 34 cm, Width 23 cm, Height 37 cm, Weight 9380 g. Gilt‑bronze seated lama figure on ornate lotus pedestal.
