拍品名(英)：A Hetian White Jade Medicine Buddha with Gilt Bronze Backplate on Lotus Throne_Qing Dynasty 文案(中)：藥師佛為東方淨琉璃世界教主，又稱「大醫王佛」，《藥師經》載其發十二大願，拔濟眾生病苦，消災延壽，是佛教中與阿彌陀佛、釋迦牟尼佛並列的「橫三世佛」之一。此像以和闐白玉雕藥師佛，左手托藥缽，右手施無畏印，結跏趺坐。配銅鎏金火焰紋背光與蓮花座，嵌寶石點綴，是清代玉雕與金屬工藝結合的佛教造像。藥師佛信仰在清代廣泛流行，民間多有供奉，以求消災延壽、身心安康。 文案(英)：The Medicine Buddha, healer of the Eastern Pure Lapis World, is one of the three horizontal Buddhas, venerated for healing and longevity.
