A Victorian John Allsup (London 1832-58) dessert service, painted with vases of flowers within blue and gilt borders and comprising a comport, four oblong raised serving dishes, four circular examples and three oval dishes, two sauce tureens and covers (one with stand) and twenty two 22.5cm plates (four a slightly darker blue); printed puce script mark 'John Allsup 16 St. Paul's Church Yard, London' (38pcs) One oblong dish with hlcs; four plates cracked - two of each colourway Five plates have hairline cracks 1 rectangular serving dish has hairline cracks to centre 1 oval serving dish with hairline cracks to centre 1 sauce tureen is missing the rose top
