PROVENANCE Formerly in the Collection of an Important Kyoto Buddhist Temple 王上宮　白描佛教故事 水墨紙本　立軸 注：王上宮(明)，明吳郡(今蘇州)人，約活躍於萬曆(1573-1620)年間。善畫人物，特別擅長畫羅漢，線條細勁有力，迴環曲折，縹渺輕颺，似遊絲之裊空，是為高古游絲描，惜傳世作品極為稀少，可參閱紐約大都會藝術博物館王上宮《忠孝圖》卷。
