英文品名：Fu Baoshi, Landscape in the Spirit of Tang Poetry, hanging scroll, ink and colour on paper 傅抱石（1904—1965），江西新余人，近現代中國畫大師，新金陵畫派開創者，擅山水人物，筆墨雄肆奔放，獨創「抱石皴」，開現代山水新格。此幅《唐人詩意》取唐人詩境入畫，繪崇山飛瀑、松蔭草亭，文人於亭中晤談觀瀑。構圖雄奇跌宕，筆墨淋漓蒼莽，氣勢渾茫深遠，融山川氣象與人文詩意於一體，為其詩意山水的經典之作。本作收錄於《傅抱石畫選》。 Fu Baoshi (1904–1965), a native of Xinyu, Jiangxi, was a grand master of modern Chinese painting and founder of the New Jinling School of Painting. Excelling in landscape and figure painting, he forged a bold, unrestrained brush style and pioneered the “Baoshi texture stroke”, creating a new paradigm for modern landscape painting. This work *Tang Poetic Imagery* draws on the artistic conception of Tang poetry, depicting towering mountains with plunging waterfalls, a thatched pavilion nestled in pine shade, and scholars conversing while viewing the falls. With a powerful, dramatic composition and vigorous, moist brushwork evoking a vast profound atmosphere, it merges the grandeur of nature with human poetic sentiment as a classic example of his poetry-inspired landscape paintings. It is included in *Selected Paintings of Fu Baoshi*.
