A fine Chinese blue and white 'floral' cup, Xuantong mark and of the period, dated 1909 ???

Delicately potted with gently curved sides and painted around the exterior with stylised blossoms issuing from leafy stems, the recessed base inscribed with an eight-character Xuantong Jiyou Yichun Tang Zhi mark ('made for the Hall of Everlasting Spring in Jiyou year of Xuantong') Size:(8cm wide) Qty: (1) Provenance: Santos collection 來源： 桑托斯收藏 Notes: See a pair of identical cups sold at Christie's New York, 14 Dec 2021, lot 90. An identical cup with the same mark is housed in the collection of the Victoria and Albert museum, and is illustrated in 'Rare Marks on Chinese Ceramics', London 1998, pp. 150-151, no. 65. The author states that Yichang Tang was the studio name of the collector Liu Shiheng (1875-1937), alias Juqing. 可參閱一對相同之盃例，售於紐約佳士得，2021年12月14日，拍品編號 90。 英國倫敦維多利亞與亞伯特博物館典藏有一件款識相同之盃，出版於《Rare Marks on Chinese Ceramics》，倫敦，1998年，頁150-151，圖錄編號 65。作者指出「怡尚堂」乃藏家劉世珩（1875-1937年，字聚卿）之堂號。
