Two similar George III pewter spire flagons, circa 1760; one previously attributed to William Charsley, London (fl. 1729 - 1770); the hinged domed covers with knopped finials, five-lug hinges and chairback thumbpieces; the multi-scrolled handles descending from the shoulders to the tapered bodies; each above a reeded, spreading foot; 31cm high.
