Samuel Marti, Paris a mid-Victorian rouge marble portico clock the eight-day duration movement striking the hours and half-hours on a bell with an outside countwheel, the backplate stamped with the makers mark for Samuel Marti, Paris and numbered 737, the round white enamel dial having floral swags between the black Arabic numerals and having decorative gilt-brass hands, the four-pillar marble portico case having applied gilt-metal mounts and feet, height 41cm.
