Color mezzotint engravings of Italian Baroque figures including: Artist Filippo d'Angeli (Italian, 1600-1660), Renaissance painter Antonio Vassilacchi (Greek, 1556-1629, aka L'Aliense), Italian Mannerist painter Giovani Bizzelli (1556-1612), painter Antonio Carracci do Tognetto (Italian, 1583 - 1618), Bolognese school painter Bartolomeo Ramenghi (1484-1542, aka Il Bagnacavallo), and Italian Renaissance painter Sofonisba Anguissola (c.1532-1625), housed in matching frames; published in Florence circa 1769-1775, these engravings were likely modeled after portraits in the Medici collection in the Vasari Corridor; 11.5 x 7 in.
