A pair of clear lead crystal figurines depicting pouter pigeons with puffed chests and fanned tails. Designed by Sidney Waugh for Steuben, each piece is hand-finished with a solid, polished body. Both figures bear the "Steuben" signature in script on the base. These pouter pigeons are design model #7852, first introduced in 1942 by designer Sidney Waugh. Waugh was a celebrated American sculptor and the first chief designer for Steuben Glass. h. 7 x w. 7.5 in. (each) Inventory Code: 3BA-9
