The bold characters are powerful and open, with thick, rich ink, vigorous and fluent brushwork and stable structure, representing Ouyang Zhongshi’s signature style. Derived from *Zhuangzi*, the phrase “Peng Cheng Wan Li” wishes for a promising and brilliant future, commonly used as auspicious greeting. The small signature on the left flows naturally, perfectly matching the main large characters.
