glazed stoneware 33 1/2 x 13 x 9 1/2 in, 85.1 x 33 x 24.1 cm Both standing on cloud patterned round bases in impressive poses while wearing contrasting long flowing robes, their heads with ornate caps, the moon deity with her head tilted downwards and holding a cymbal in her right hand, the sun deity with long white beard and holding a cymbal in his left hand.
