C.813&A-1936. Another closely related box is included in the Illustrated Catalogue of Tokyo National Museum. Chinese Ceramics II, Tokyo, 1990, cat. no. 98; and one, similarly painted with birds and flowers, is in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, object no. 65.56.1a, b.
