明 青花纏枝花卉紋菱口大盤（損）

英文品名：A MING LARGE BLUE-AND-WHITE LOBED-RIM CHARGER WITH FLOWERS, RESTORED 尺寸：D:55cm;H:9cm 青花菱口大盤，圈足。盤心繪青花纏枝花卉：牡丹、蓮花、菊花相間，枝葉翻卷；盤壁飾纏枝蓮一週。青花呈色濃豔。器身見修補痕。為明代景德鎮窯青花大盤。明代青花大盤多為宮廷、貴族筵席陳設器，亦作對外貿易出口瓷，永樂、宣德間大量燒製，遠銷東西亞、歐洲。菱口（花口）式樣受波斯金銀器影響，盤心主紋、盤壁輔紋，構圖飽滿。此器器身見修補，是流傳有緒的舊器，仍不失明代青花氣象。 A large blue-and-white lobed-rim charger on a foot ring. The centre is painted with scrolling flowers: peony, lotus and chrysanthemum amid curling leaves; the cavetto carries scrolling lotus. The blue is rich. Restoration is visible. Large Ming blue-and-white chargers served palace and banqueting display and were also major export wares, fired in quantity from Yongle-Xuande and shipped to West Asia and Europe. The lobed rim reflects Persian metalwork; centre motif and cavetto border fill the dish. Restoration on such pieces is common in surviving examples.
