民國 粉彩牡丹花卉紋花盆一對“雍正年製”款

英文品名：A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE PEONY FLOWER POTS, BEARING A FOUR-CHARACTER YONGZHENG MARK 尺寸：D:23cm;H:18cm 瓷質粉彩，一對。盆作敞口外撇、深壁直腹、平底式，通體白釉為地。器身一週繪牡丹叢叢：粉、紫、赭紅花朵爭妍，綠葉舒展，枝幹蒼勁；口沿下及近足處各礬紅彩描金回紋弦紋一道，上下呼應。畫工設色淡雅，花卉層次分明，為民國時期書齋陳設栽花之器。底心繞排水孔書青花四字「雍正年製」款。花盆為種植花卉之器，瓷質花盆始見於宋代，明清景德鎮多設窯燒造。書齋、廳堂陳設盆栽，講究「花、盆、架」三者相配，名菊、牡丹、蘭花尤貴。此對盆碩腹敞口，下配托盤以利瀉水；外壁繪牡丹，花開富貴，置於窗几，與琴書相伴。民國時期景德鎮民窯大量燒製此類粉彩花盆，供江南書房、私家花園使用。 A pair of porcelain famille rose flower pots, each with a flared mouth, deep straight sides and flat base, on a white glazed ground. The exterior is painted with spreading peony sprays in pink, purple and ochre-red, leaves in tones of green, framed by iron-red keyfret bands below the rim and above the foot. The painting is refined, with layered petals and graceful stems. The base is painted around the drainage hole with a blue four-character mark of the Yongzheng period. Flower pots are planters; porcelain examples date from the Song and were widely made at Ming and Qing Jingdezhen kilns. Scholars' studios and halls displayed potted flowers, matching pot, plant and stand as a three-part arrangement, with chrysanthemums, peonies and orchids most prized. This pair has a wide mouth and deep body, meant to sit on a saucer for drainage; the painted peony on the exterior wishes wealth and honour, and the pots would have stood by a window alongside the qin and books. Republican-period Jingdezhen commercial kilns made many such planters for southern Chinese studies and gardens.
