清 淺絳彩人物故事四方筆筒“俞子明”款

英文品名：A QING QIANJIANGCAI SQUARE BRUSH POT PAINTED WITH A RECLINING SAGE, SIGNED YU ZIMING 尺寸：L:13cm;H:19cm 淺絳彩四方筆筒，倭角。器身四面開光，一面繪古人仰臥松間，手持酒杯，神態放逸；其餘三面墨書楷書題句，落款「時癸卯書於珠山西軒，俞子明作」，並鈐朱文印。色彩以赭石、花青為主，淡雅如文人畫。為晚清景德鎮淺絳彩名品。淺絳彩，又稱軟彩，是同治、光緒間景德鎮新興彩繪法。以赭石、花青、藤黃等淡彩在白瓷上作畫，取文人畫淺絳山水之意，色彩薄而透明。代表畫家有程門、金品卿、俞子明、王少維等，多繪於瓷板、筆筒、茶器具上。俞子明，晚清景德鎮窯畫師，工人物花鳥，落款多書珠山（景德鎮）山房。癸卯為光緒二十九年（一九〇三）。 A square qianjiangcai brush pot with rounded corners. Each side is reserved with a panel: one painted with a reclining sage among pines holding a cup, the other three inscribed in regular script, signed Yu Ziming, painted in the guimao year at the west studio of Zhushan, with a red seal. The palette is dominated by ochre and indigo, restrained like a literati painting. Qianjiangcai, pale-red or soft colour, developed at Jingdezhen during the Tongzhi-Guangxu reigns. Artists used ochre, indigo and gamboge on white porcelain, evoking the literati pale-ochre landscape manner, thinly and transparently. Leading masters included Cheng Men, Jin Pinqing, Yu Ziming and Wang Shaowei, working on plaques, brush pots and tea wares. Yu Ziming was a Qing Jingdezhen painter skilled in figure and flower subjects, signing from Zhushan, the Jingdezhen hill. The guimao year corresponds to 1903.
