清 粉彩蝶戀花紋印盒“乾隆年製”款

英文品名：A QING FAMILLE-ROSE SEAL BOX WITH BUTTERFLIES AND FLOWERS, BEARING A QIANLONG MARK 尺寸：L:6.5cm;H:2.5cm 粉彩圓形印盒，蓋身相合，扁圓體。蓋面繪粉彩蝶戀花：蝴蝶數隻穿行於牡丹、菊叢間，花瓣層疊，蝶翼紋理細膩。器身繪纏枝花卉。器底紅彩四字篆書“乾隆年製”款。設色明麗，為清代文房鈐印用具。印盒又稱印泥盒，盛貯硃砂印泥，置於書案。古代鈐印以硃砂研細，加硯台油、艾絨調成印泥，存於瓷、銅、玉盒中以防乾燥。器形多扁圓，蓋面繪花鳥、山水。蝶戀花為詞牌名，亦為瓷器常見題材，蝶諧耋（八十歲），牡丹喻富貴，合富貴長壽之意。底書“乾隆年製”四字款。 A flattened circular famille-rose seal box with cover. The cover is painted with butterflies and flowers: several butterflies flit among peonies and chrysanthemums, petals layered and wings detailed. The sides carry scrolling flowers. The base bears a four-character Qianlong seal mark in red. The seal box holds cinnabar seal paste on the writing desk; ancient cinnabar was ground fine, mixed with oil and cotton, and kept in porcelain, bronze or jade boxes to prevent drying. The flattened round form suits a cover painted with birds and flowers. Butterfly-and-flower is a ci-poem title; the butterfly puns on die, octogenarian, and the peony denotes wealth, together meaning rich and long life.
