英文品名：A SET OF FOUR GILT-BRONZE MOUNTED CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL AND HARDSTONE-INLAID IMPERIAL-POEM GOURD-SHAPED HANGING PANELS, QIANLONG PERIOD, QING DYNASTY 尺寸：W:67cm;H:102cm 此為一組四件葫蘆式掛屏，每件上下雙腹相聯：上腹作倒垂桃尖形，通體松石綠掐絲琺瑯地，金書御題詩文（分詠八仙、竹林七賢等不同題材），並鈐方形御璽印；下腹作圓形，開光內以百寶鑲（青玉、瑪瑙、碧玉等）雕琢對應題材之山水樓閣、人物樹石。頂端飾鎏金蝠首，兩側出鎏金雙魚耳。器背為黑漆素地，上穿掛鉤。四件一組，題詩各別而制式如一。葫蘆，諧「福祿」，多子象綿延，為傳統吉祥器形。御題詩文掛屏，始盛於乾隆朝：皇帝以琺瑯、百寶鑲作屏，自題詩句，鈐印懸於宮殿暖閣。此一組四件，分詠八仙過海、竹林七賢等文人雅事，既資觀賞，亦以見文治之盛，乃宮中壁懸清玩。 This set of four gourd-shaped hanging panels each has two joined bulbs: the upper, an inverted teardrop, has a turquoise cloisonné enamel ground with imperial poetry in gold on a different theme—the Eight Immortals, the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove—and a square imperial seal; the lower, a round bulb, encloses a hardstone-inlaid landscape of pavilions, figures and trees matching the theme. A gilt bat mask crowns each, gilt double-fish ears project from the sides. The reverse is plain black lacquer with a hanging hook. The four share one form, their poems differing. The gourd (hulu) is a homophone for fortune and emolument, and its many seeds wish for posterity. Imperial-poem hanging panels flourished under the Qianlong emperor, who had enamel and hardstone panels made and inscribed with his verses, sealing and hanging them in palace chambers. This set of four, each on a literati theme, served both as ornament and as a record of cultural achievement.
