清 青玉三羊開泰擺件

英文品名：A GREEN JADE GROUP OF THREE RAMS (SAN YANG KAI TAI), QING DYNASTY 尺寸：L:16cm;H:15cm (with stand) 此擺件為青玉圓雕，以三羊開泰為題：大羊臥伏回首，盤角彎曲，身旁小羊依偎，間以鏤空祥雲靈繞。玉色青灰溫潤，局部留黃褐色玉皮。下配紫檀木雕如意雲紋底座。為清代青玉三羊開泰擺件。「三陽開泰」出《易經》泰卦：正月為泰卦，三陽爻生於下，象徵冬去春來、陰陽調和、吉祥亨通。「羊」諧「陽」，故玉雕三羊以寓三陽開泰，為元旦、新春最常見之吉祥擺設。大羊攜小羊，又取「三世其昌」「吉祥傳承」之意。 This green jade group takes the theme of three rams bringing in spring: a large recumbent ram with curling horns, a smaller lamb nestled beside it, openwork auspicious clouds winding between. The stone is warm greyish green, russet skin retained. It stands on a carved zitan ruyi-cloud stand. It is a Qing green-jade san yang kai tai group. Three rams bring in spring (sanyang kaitai) derives from the Hexagram Tai in the Book of Changes: the first lunar month is Tai, with three yang lines rising below, symbolizing winter's end, harmony and good fortune. Yang (sun/positive) is a homophone of yang (ram), so three rams picture the phrase, a common New Year ornament. The ewe and lamb also wish for lasting prosperity through the generations.
